Key Metrics
Volume Metrics
- Total Reviews - Items reviewed in period
- Pending Reviews - Current queue depth
- Reviews by Type - HITL vs HATL vs HOTL
- Reviews by Workflow - Distribution by agent
Time Metrics
- Avg Review Time - Time from queue to decision
- p95 Review Time - 95th percentile response
- Escalation Rate - % escalated due to timeout
- Auto-Approve Rate - % auto-approved
Outcome Metrics
- Approval Rate - % approved vs rejected
- Modification Rate - % approved with changes
- Flag Rate - % flagged for follow-up
