Review Queue

View and process pending human reviews for AI agent actions.

Overview

The Review Queue shows all items requiring human attention. This includes HITL approvals, HATL audits, and HOTL alerts.

Accessing the Queue

Navigate to Governance → Review Queue to see pending items.

Queue Types

HITL Pending

Actions waiting for approval before execution:

  • High-risk operations requiring sign-off
  • Financial transactions above threshold
  • Data modifications

HATL Review

Completed actions to audit after execution:

  • Quality assurance reviews
  • Compliance audits
  • Sampled executions

HOTL Alerts

Real-time issues requiring attention:

  • Anomaly notifications
  • Error patterns
  • Performance degradation

Review Actions

Queue Item Details

Each item shows:

  • Title - What action is being reviewed
  • Type - HITL, HATL, or HOTL
  • Workflow - Which agent triggered it
  • Severity - Priority level
  • Created - When it was queued
  • Context - Input, output, metadata

Filtering the Queue

  • Type - HITL, HATL, HOTL
  • Status - Pending, In Progress
  • Workflow - Specific workflows
  • Severity - Critical, High, Medium, Low
  • Assigned - My items, Unassigned, All

Bulk Actions

Select multiple items to:

  • Approve all selected
  • Reject all selected
  • Assign to reviewer
  • Change priority
